SVH Platform Integration
The SVH Platform gives you zero-trust operations for your medical device fleet. We get you onto it: agent integration on your devices, server deployment in your environment, and every device enrolled, observable, and streaming data.
The problem
-
Your device fleet is a blind spot — hundreds of endpoints on the clinical network with no unified enrollment, patching, or telemetry story.
-
Platform rollouts stall between teams: biomed owns the devices, IT owns the network, the vendor owns the firmware, and nobody owns the integration.
-
Security reviews keep asking the same question — how do you attest what is running on each device? — and the honest answer today is a spreadsheet.
How we work
- 01
Fleet assessment
We inventory device types, network zones, and data flows, and map which fleet segments enroll first and why.
- 02
Agent integration
The SVH Device Agent is embedded-Linux native; we handle the integration work on your device builds or work with your vendors to do it.
- 03
Server deployment
SVH Device & Data Management Server stood up in your environment — on-prem or cloud — wired into your identity, certificates, and monitoring.
- 04
Enrollment & handover
Devices enrolled cohort by cohort, data pipelines validated end to end, and your team trained to run the platform without us.
What you get
- A deployment architecture document your security team can review before anything ships
- SVH Device Agent integrated on your target device platforms
- SVH server deployed, hardened, and connected to your identity provider
- Your first device cohorts enrolled with zero-trust posture applied
- Device data flowing to your EHR, dashboards, or data platform
- Runbooks and training for the team who operates it after us

Why the sister company matters
Direct line to the platform team
When your deployment hits an edge case, we don't file a support ticket — we walk down the hall. Escalations are conversations, not queues.
Deployment feedback shapes the product
What we learn in your environment feeds the platform roadmap. Integration friction we hit once tends to disappear in the next release.
One accountable engineering culture
Same zero-trust engineering DNA as the platform itself — the people integrating it think the way the people who built it do.
Common questions
Why not have the platform company do the integration?
The platform company builds the product; we are its services arm as a sister company. Same engineering lineage, but a team whose whole job is your deployment — not the product roadmap.
Our devices are from third-party vendors. Can you still integrate?
Yes — we work directly with your vendors on agent integration, or deploy at the gateway level where firmware access isn’t possible.
Does this replace our existing device management tooling?
Not necessarily. We map what SVH takes over, what stays, and how the two coexist — the assessment phase exists precisely to answer this.
How does compliance factor in?
The platform and our deployment practices are designed to support programs like HIPAA, IEC 62304, and FDA premarket cybersecurity guidance. We document the deployment so your compliance team can use it as evidence.
